1 Continuance of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1929.

1.—The Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1929, shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1931, and shall then expire.

2 Short title, construction and citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1930.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1929, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1930.
