1 Continuance of the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1929.

1.—The Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1929 (No. 40 of 1929), as modified by section 102 of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1930 (No. 27 of 1930), shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1936, and shall then expire.

2 Short title and construction.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1931.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Poor Relief (Dublin) Act, 1929, and that Act and this Act may be cited together as the Poor Relief (Dublin) Acts, 1929 and 1931.
