1 Amendment of Article 41 of the Constitution.

1.—Article 41 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended as follows, that is to say, by the deletion therefrom of all words from the words “and such Representative” to the end of the said Article and the said Article shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 21) Act, 1933.
