1 Alteration of duty on butter.

1.—The duty imposed by section 1 of the Finance (Customs Duties) Act, 1931 (No. 14 of 1931), shall be charged, levied, and paid on all butter imported into Saorstát Eireann on or after the 1st day of April, 1934, at the rate of eight pence the pound in lieu of the rate mentioned in the said section.

2 Short title and construction.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Finance (Customs Duties) Act, 1934.

(2) This Act shall be construed together with the Customs Acts.
