1 Limit of advances under the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1931.

1.—Sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1931 (No. 32 of 1931), and section 4 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1932 (No. 15 of 1932), are hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the total amount of the sums advanced to the Electricity Supply Board under the said section 3 of the said Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1931, shall not exceed the sum of three million five hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds.

2 Short title and citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1934.

(2) The Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1932, and this Act may be cited together as the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1934,
