Constitution (Amendment No. 26) Act , 1935
1 Amendment of Article 3 of the Constitution.
1.—Article 3 of the Constitution is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—
(a) by the deletion from the said Article of the words “within the limits of the jurisdiction of the Irish Free State (Saorstát Eireann)”, and
(b) by the deletion from the proviso to the said Article of the word “in” and the substitution for the word so deleted of the word “of.”
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 26) Act, 1935.
