Fisheries Act , 1935

1 Amendment of Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925.

1.—Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—

(a) by the insertion in sub-section (6) of the said section of the word “eleven” in lieu of the word “nine” now contained therein, and

(b) by the insertion in sub-section (7) of the said section of the word “twelve” in lieu of the word “ten” now contained therein, and

(c) by the insertion in sub-section (9) of the said section of the word “eleven” in lieu of the word “nine” now contained therein.

2 Short title and citation.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1935, and the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1933, and this Act may be cited together as the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1935.
