1 Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Emergency Imposition of Duties (No. 95) Order, 1936, (which amends the Emergency Imposition of Duties (No. 5) Order, 1932, by deleting so much thereof as imposes a duty on coal and kindred substances imported from Great Britain and Northern Ireland) made by the Executive Council under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 (No. 16 of 1932), is hereby confirmed.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Order) (No. 2) Act, 1936.
