1 The Principal Act.

1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1940 (No. 27 of 1940).

2 Amendment of the Principal Act.

2.—Each of the references to the 3rd day of September, 1941, contained in sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Principal Act shall be construed as a reference to the 3rd day of September, 1942.

3 Short title and collective citation.

3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1941.

(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Acts, 1940 and 1941.
