LegalizeAgriculture (Amendment) Act , 1941
1 Amendment of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Agriculture Act, 1931.
1.—Sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), is hereby amended by the deletion of the words “one penny” and the substitution therefor of the words “two pence”.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.— This Act may be cited as the Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1941, and the Agriculture Acts, 1931 and 1934, and this Act may be cited together as the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1941.
