1 Continuance of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts 1923 to 1942.

1.—The Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1942, shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1944, and shall then expire.

2 Short title and construction.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1943.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1942, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1943.
