1 Repeal of certain provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927.

1.—The following provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), are hereby repealed—

(a) in subsection (1) of section 9, from the words “so however” to the end of the subsection, and

(b) the Second Schedule.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1949.

(2) The Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1947, and this Act may be cited together as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1949.
