LegalizeLand Act , 1954
1 Amendment of section 15 of Land Act, 1950.
1.—Section 15 of the Land Act, 1950 (which provides for the age at which Lay Commissioners to whom that section refers are to cease to hold office) is hereby amended by the substitution of “the age of sixty-seven years” for “the age of sixty-five years”.
2 Short title, construction and citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Act, 1954.
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts.
