1 Repeals.
1.—The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the third column of the said Schedule.
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Mortmain (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 1954.

Acts of the Parliament of England applied to Ireland by the Act of the Parliament of Ireland (10 Henry 7. c. 22 (Ir.)) passed in the year 1495 and entitled “An Act confirming all the Statutes made in England”.
