1 Continuance of Act of 1945.

1.—The Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (No. 14 of 1945), shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1956, and shall then expire.

2 Repeal.

2.—The Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (Continuance) Act, 1950 (No. 1 of 1950), is hereby repealed.

3 Short title.

3.—This Act may be cited as the Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (Continuance) Act, 1955.
