1 Increase of limit on advances to An Bord Iascaigh Mhara out of the Central Fund.

1.—Subsection (1) of section 18 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 (No. 7 of 1952) (which provides for advances not exceeding in the aggregate five hundred thousand pounds out of the Central Fund to An Bord Iascaigh Mhara) is hereby amended by the substitution of “one million pounds” for “five hundred thousand pounds”.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1956.

(2) The Sea Fisheries Acts, 1952 and 1955, and this Act may be cited together as the Sea Fisheries Acts, 1952 to 1956.
