1 Amendment of of the Defence Forces (Pensions) (Amendment) Act, 1938.

1.—Section 5 of the Defence Forces (Pensions) (Amendment) Act, 1938 (No. 33 of 1938), is hereby amended by the deletion of “(subject to the previous consent of the Minister for Finance)”.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence Forces (Pensions) (Amendment) Act, 1957.

(2) The Defence Forces (Pensions) Acts, 1932 to 1949, and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Pensions) Acts, 1932 to 1957.
