LegalizeMilitary Service Pensions (Increase) Act , 1960
1 Increase of pensions.
1.—A pension payable on the 1st day of August, 1960, under the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1960, shall, with effect from (and inclusive of) that day, be increased by five per cent.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Military Service Pensions (Increase) Act, 1960.
(2) The collective citation the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1960, shall include this Act.
