1 Increase of pension.

1.—The annual pension payable on the 1st day of August, 1960, under the MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 and 1960, shall, with effect from (and inclusive of) that day, be increased from five hundred and sixty-one pounds and sixteen shillings to six hundred and four pounds.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the MacSwiney (Pension) (Increase) (No. 2) Act, 1960.

(2) The collective citation the MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 and 1960, shall include this Act.
