LegalizePensions (Amendment) Act , 1960
1 Increase of pensions.
1.—The annual pensions payable under section 2 and section 3 of the Pensions Act, 1952, shall, with effect from the 1st day of August, 1959, be increased from five hundred pounds to five hundred and sixty-one pounds and sixteen shillings.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Pensions (Amendment) Act, 1960.
(2) The Pensions Act, 1952, and this Act may be cited together as the Pensions Acts, 1952 and 1960.
