1 Increase of pension.

1.—The annual pension payable under the MacSwiney (Pension) Act, 1950, shall, with effect from the 1st day of August, 1959, be increased from five hundred pounds to five hundred and sixty-one pounds and sixteen shillings.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the MacSwiney (Pension) (Increase) Act, 1960.

(2) The MacSwiney (Pension) Act, 1950, and this Act may be cited together as the MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 and 1960.
