Legalize1 Repeal of section 8 of Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956.
1.—Section 8 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956, is hereby repealed.
2 Short title, collective citation and commencement.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961.
(2) The Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1958, and this Act may be cited together as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1961.
(3) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Industry and Commerce appoints by order.
