1 Amendment of Third Schedule to Police Forces Amalgamation Act, 1925.

1.—The Third Schedule to the Police Forces Amalgamation Act, 1925, is hereby amended by the substitution for “Inspectors, of whom there shall be not more than ninety” (inserted by the Garda Síochána Act, 1945) of “Inspectors, of whom there shall be not more than one hundred and ten”.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Garda Síochána Act, 1962.

(2) The Garda Síochána Acts, 1923 to 1958, and this Act may be cited together as the Garda Síochána Acts, 1923 to 1962.
