1 Confirmation of Orders.
1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1961, and the Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1961 (Amendment) Order, 1962, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953, are hereby confirmed.
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1962.
