LegalizeMilitary Service Pensions (Increase) Act , 1962
1 Increase of pensions.
1.—A pension payable on the 1st day of August, 1962, under the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1960, shall, with effect from (and inclusive of) that day, be increased by twenty per cent.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Military Service Pensions (Increase) Act, 1962.
(2) The Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1960, and this Act may be cited together as the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1962.
