1 Increase of pension.

1.—The annual pension payable under the MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 and 1960, shall, with effect from (and inclusive of) the 1st day of August, 1962, be increased by twenty per cent.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the MacSwiney (Pension) (Increase) Act, 1962.

(2) The MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 and 1960 and this Act may be cited together as the MacSwiney (Pension) Acts, 1950 to 1962.
