1 Short title, construction and citation.

1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1964.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts.

2 Amendment of section 6 of Land Bond Act, 1934.

2.—Section 6 of the Land Bond Act, 1934, which provides limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) of “twenty-five million pounds” for “fifteen million pounds” (inserted by section 7 of the Land Act, 1953).
