Legalize1 Short title and collective citation.
1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1964.
(2) The Fisheries Acts, 1959 and 1962, and this Act may be cited together as the Fisheries Acts, 1959 to 1964.
2 Amendment of section 55 of Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959.
2.—Section 55 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, is hereby amended by—
(a) the deletion of “to which this section applies” in subsections (1) and (3),
(b) the deletion of “commencing before 1st day of April, 1965,” in subsection (6) and the deletion of “commencing before the 1st day of April, 1965,” in subsection (7), and
(c) the deletion of subsection (8).
3 Repeal of section 63 of Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959.
3.—Section 63 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, is hereby repealed.
