Military Service Pensions (Increase) Act , 1964

1 Increase of pensions.

1.—A pension payable on the 1st day of November, 1963, under the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1962, shall, with effect from (and inclusive of) that day, be increased by five per cent.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Military Service Pensions (Increase) Act, 1964.

(2) The Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1962, and this Act may be cited together as the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 to 1964.
