1 Number of members of Council of county borough of Cork.

1.—The Council of the county borough of Cork shall, on and after the ordinary day of retirement of members thereof next after the passing of this Act, consist of thirty-one members and that number of members shall accordingly be elected at every election of members of that Council held after the passing of this Act.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cork City Management (Amendment) Act, 1965.

(2) The Cork City Management Acts, 1929 to 1955, and this Act may be cited together as the Cork City Management Acts, 1929 to 1965.
