1 Day in 1968 may be appointed election day in relation to Dublin District Milk Board.

1.—Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936, shall be construed and have effect as:

(a) enabling the Minister to make, during the year 1968, an order appointing a day during that year to be an election day in relation to the Dublin District Milk Board, and

(b) not requiring the Minister to make an order appointing a day during the year 1967 to be such an election day.

2 Short title, collective citation and construction.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1967.

(2) The Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 to 1961, and this Act may be cited together as the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 to 1967.

(3) The Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 to 1961, and this Act shall be construed together as one Act.

3 Saver.

3.—The Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1967) Order, 1967 (Revocation) Order, 1967, shall be deemed to be and always to have been valid.
