LegalizeChester Beatty Library Act , 1968
1 Power of President to appoint library trustee.
1.—Subject to the terms and conditions contained in the will of Sir Alfred Chester Beatty, deceased, the President of Ireland may from time to time appoint a person to be a library trustee for the purposes of the said will and the codicil thereto dated the 17th day of November, 1966.
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Chester Beatty Library Act, 1968.
