AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE ELECTRICITY (SUPPLY ACTS, 1927 TO 1965. [23rd July, 1968.]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
1 Definition.
1.—In this Act “the Act of 1965” means the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1965.
2 Amendment of section 2 of Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958.
2.—Section 2 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958, is hereby amended by the substitution of “fifty million” for “forty-two million” (inserted by the Act of 1965).
3 Amendment of section 5 of Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1962.
3.—Section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1962, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) (inserted by the Act of 1965) of “fifty million” for “forty-two million”.
4 Short title and collective citation.
4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1968.
- (2) The Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1965, and this Act may be cited together as the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1968.
