1 Definition.

1.—In this Act “the Act of 1965” means the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1965.

2 Amendment of section 2 of Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958.

2.—Section 2 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958, is hereby amended by the substitution of “fifty million” for “forty-two million” (inserted by the Act of 1965).

3 Amendment of section 5 of Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1962.

3.—Section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1962, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) (inserted by the Act of 1965) of “fifty million” for “forty-two million”.

4 Short title and collective citation.

4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1968.

(2) The Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1965, and this Act may be cited together as the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1968.
