AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 10 OF THE GAMING AND LOTTERIES ACT, 1956. [26th May, 1970.]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
1 Repeal of section 10 of Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956.
1.—Section 10 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956, is hereby repealed.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1970.
- (2) The Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956, and this Act may be cited together as the Gaming and Lotteries Acts, 1956 and 1970.
