1 Amendment of section 2 of Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966.

1.—Section 2 of the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1966, shall have effect in relation to each of the financial years ending on the 31st day of March, 1971, and on the 31st day of March, 1972, respectively, and accordingly the reference in that section to five consecutive financial years shall be construed as a reference to seven consecutive financial years.

2 Short title, construction and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1971.

(2) The Broadcasting Authority Acts, 1960 to 1966, and this Act shall be construed together as one Act and may be cited together as the Broadcasting Authority Acts, 1960 to 1971.
