Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order Act , 1972

1 Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit) Order, 1972, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953, is hereby confirmed and shall be deemed to have been made under the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, and shall have effect accordingly.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1972.
