1 Confirmation of Orders.
1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1973, and the Restrictive Practices (Groceries) (Amendment) Order, 1973, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 8 of the, Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, are hereby confirmed.
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1974.
