1 Amendment of section 1 of Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965.

1.—Subsection (1) of section 1 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965, is hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the definition of “air service”:

“‘air service’ means a flight or flights by one or more aircraft carrying passengers, cargo or mail;”.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (No. 2) Act, 1975.

(2) The collective citation, the Air Navigation and Transport Acts, 1936 to 1975, shall include this Act.
