1 Confirmation of Order. S.I. No. 336 of 1978.

1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1978, made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, is hereby confirmed.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) (No. 3) Act, 1978.
