LegalizeFishery Harbour Centres Act , 1980
1 Definition.
1.—In this Act “the Principal Act” means the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968.
2 Amendment of section 4 of Principal Act.
2.—Section 4 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (6) (a) of “£500” for “£100”.
3 Amendment of Schedule to Principal Act.
3.—The Schedule to the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution of “Rossaveel” for “Galway”.
4 Short title and collective citation.
4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1980.
(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Fishery Harbour Centres Acts, 1968 and 1980.
