1 Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Restrictive Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1981, made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, is hereby confirmed.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) (No. 2) Act, 1981.
