The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following Order with respect to which, pursuant to that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House:

(1) This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1981.

(2) The State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1980, and this Order may be cited together as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1981.

The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), is hereby amended by the addition to the bodies specified in the second column of that Schedule of “Chipboard Products Limited” and by the insertion in the third column of that Schedule of “£400,000” in respect of that company.
