I bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dom le halt 125 (1) den Acht Oideachais Ghairme Beatha, 1930 (Uimh. 29 de 1930), déanaimse, an DR. MÁIRTÍN Ó DONNCHADHA, Aire Oideachais, leis seo na Rialacháin seo a leanas:

1.

Na Rialacháin Ghairmoideachais (Conarthaí) (Leasú), 1982 is teideal do na Rialacháin seo.

2.

Beidh éifeacht leis na Rialacháin seo maidir le conarthaí a dhéanfaidh coistí gairmoideachais an lú lá de Mheitheamh, 1982 nó dá éis.

3.

Baineann an tAcht Léiriúcháin, 1937 (Uimh. 38 de 1937) leis na Rialacháin seo.

4.

Sna Rialacháin seo ciallaíonn "Rialacháin 1978" na Rialacháin Ghairmoideachais (Conarthaí) (Leasú), 1978 (I.R. Uimh. 20 de 1978).

5.

Leasaítear leis seo na Rialacháin Oideachais Ghairme Beatha (Connartha), 1931 (R. agus O.R. Uimh. 36 de 1931) trí:—

( a ) "two hundred and fifty pounds" a chur in ionad "one hundred and forty pounds" (a cuireadh isteach le Rialacháin 1978) i Rialachán 4,

( b ) "five hundred pounds" a chur in ionad "three hundred and fifty pounds" (a cuireadh isteach le Rialacháin 1978) i Rialachán 6, agus

( c ) "one thousand two hundred pounds" a chur in ionad "seven hundred pounds" (a cuireadh isteach le Rialacháin 1978) i Rialachán 7.
