Legalize1 Continuance of Exchange Control Act, 1954.
1.—The following is hereby substituted for section 2 (2) of the Exchange Control Act, 1954, as amended by section 1 of the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1982:
“(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1990, and shall then expire.”.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1986.
(2) The Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1982, and this Act may be cited together as the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1986.
