RINGASKIDDY FREE PORT (CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT) ORDER, 1989.
I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Free Ports Act, 1986 (No. 6 of 1986), and the Communications (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1987 ), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Ringaskiddy Free Port (Control and Management) Order, 1989.

Patrick J. Keenan of "Glenkeen", Clogheen, Blarney Road, in the County of Cork, is hereby designated for the purposes of section 3 of the Free Ports Act, 1986 (No. 6 of 1986), in relation to the free port established by the Ringaskiddy Free Port (Establishment) Order, 1988 ( S.I. No. 113 of 1988 ).
