AN ACT TO REPEAL THE HORSE BREEDING ACT, 1934. [15th May, 1990]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

1 Repeal of Horse Breeding Act, 1934.

1.—The Horse Breeding Act, 1934, is hereby repealed.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Horse Breeding Act, 1990.
