Control of Dogs (Amendment) Act , 1992

1 Amendment of Article 40.3 of the Constitution.

1.—Article 40.3 of the Constitution is hereby amended by the insertion—

(a) in subsection 3 of the Irish text, of a second paragraph the text of which is set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Act;

(b) in subsection 3 of the English text, of a second paragraph the text of which is set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Act.

2 Citation.

2.—(1) The amendment of the Constitution effected by this Act shall be called the Thirteenth Amendment of the Constitution.

(2) This Act may be cited as the Thirteenth Amendment of the Constitution Act, 1992.

SCHEDULE

Part I

Part II

This subsection shall not limit freedom to travel between the State and another state.
