1 Amendment of Article 40.3 of the Constitution.

1.—Article 40.3 of the Constitution is hereby amended by the addition thereto, immediately before section 4—

(a) in subsection 3 of the Irish text, of a paragraph the text of which is set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Act;

(b) in subsection 3 of the English text, of a paragraph the text of which is set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Act.

2 Citation.

2.—(1) The amendment of the Constitution effected by this Act shall be called the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution.

(2) This Act may be cited as the Fourteenth Amendment of the 20 Constitution Act, 1992.

Part I

Part II

This subsection shall not limit freedom to obtain or make available, in the State, subject to such conditions as may be laid down by law, information relating to services lawfully available in another state.
