Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act , 1993

1 Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1981” means the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1981;

“the Principal Act” means the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1963.

2 Amendment of Principal Act.

2.—The Principal Act is hereby amended—

(a) in section 2 (inserted by section 3 of the Act of 1981), by the substitution of “£100,000,000” for “£77,500,000”, and

(b) in section 7, by the substitution in subsection (2) of “£200,000,000” for “£180,000,000” (inserted by the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1987).

3 Amendment of section 2 of Act of 1981.

3.—Section 2 of the Act of 1981 is hereby amended by—

(a) the substitution of “£100,000,000” for “£77,500,000”, and

(b) the substitution of “100,000,000” for “77,500,000”.

4 Short title and collective citation.

4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1993.

(2) The Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Acts, 1963 to 1987, and this Act may be cited together as the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Acts, 1963 to 1993.
