COMPANIES (FEES) ORDER, 1993.
I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 395 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), as adapted by the Industry and Commerce (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 19 of 1993 ), hereby order as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order, 1993.
2.
This Order shall come into operation on the 26th day of October, 1993.
3.
The Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), is hereby altered by the substitution of the following Schedule for the Eighth Schedule:
"EIGHTH SCHEDULE
Section 369
Fees to be paid to the registrar of companies
Part I Table of Fees

| 7. | For registering any document by this Act required or authorised to be registered or required to be delivered, sent or forwarded to the registrar, other than an annual return or in connection with a change of company name | 5 |
| 8. | For making a record of any fact by this Act required or authorised to be recorded by the registrar, other than in connection with a change of company name | 5 |
| 9. | For examining an application for the restoration of, and restoring, a company to the register under section 311A (inserted by section 246 of the Companies Act, 1990 (No. 33 of 1990)) of this Act | 500 |
| 10. | For registering an annual return delivered to or received by the registrar more than 77 days after the date the annual return is made up to, on or after the 31st day of October, 1995 | 150 |
Part II Limitations on operation of Part I
The reference to £150 at reference number 10 in Part I of this schedule shall—
( a ) as respects the period between the commencement of this Order and the 31st day of October, 1994, be construed as a reference to £50, and
( b ) as respects the period from the 1st of November, 1994, to the 30th day of October, 1995, be construed as a reference to £100".
